AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE 🙏🏼🙏🏼 We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights the service was more than perfect in every aspect. At the reception Mr. Musa was helpful and answered all our questions, Mr. Mohammed was guiding is with the transportation, and Mr. Tarik serving us with the breakfast everyday with his smile. Thank you for everything Zimmer and we will back soon

We stayed 7 nights at the hotel and had such a pleasant stay. The people from the reception, security to people who cleaned our room every single staff member were welcoming and suavely. I truely do thank each and every single one of them. The rooms were clean and well equiped with all needs. Stylish design and enough space beautiful hotel with an amazing view and reasonable price.

Our stay was lovely , the staff was so friendly specially Yasser Ismail from the reception, he took care of everything since our arrival. The view is amazing from the room as well. We will definitely come back here again 💖 …

excellent location, very chic rooms! But what impressed me the most was the staff! The guys at the reception were the best! They jumped in to help with absolutely everything! They have a very, very good restaurant, hearty breakfast! Thank you absolutely everyone!

Nice hotel. V. good view. Excellent location, opposite to tramway and bus stations which gives easy access to most of Istanbul attractions. Rooms are nice as area. Funiture can be improved. I didn't like the idea of open cuppord and non fixed safe. Also the shower must have a small shelf to put the toileteries while showering. Great helping proff. stuff. v. friendly and welling to help. Greetings for every one of them. They made our stay unforgettable. I would diffenately recommend this hotel for friends.

Very professional staff, great location of the hotel, great choice of rooms. The hotel was two times with a long time gap and it only gets better with each time. The food at the hotel is also very good, in addition the hotel has a restaurant on the upper floors with great views and cuisine. But, there is no limit to perfection !!!

Everything was perfect. Excellent room, great view, they gave us a better room to stay without any charge and they provided us free use of the mini bar. Very nice breakfast and service. The guys at the reception were top of the top! Emir and Musa helped us with everything we asked for, they even booked us tickets for a football match.
